Stephanie advises hospitals and health systems on legal, regulatory, and operational issues spanning the front lines of care delivery to system-wide governance. She has counseled multi-hospital systems on a range of issues including physician arrangements, property transactions, compliance with fraud and abuse laws, and emergent operational issues.

As counsel for several healthcare startups, Stephanie has built legal and compliance infrastructures from the ground up, advised on value-based care models, and navigated multi-state regulatory hurdles during rapid expansion. She has also represented hospitals and healthcare systems as both internal and external counsel, helping to guide healthcare systems through structuring and negotiating complex agreements, compliance audits, and through challenges involving Medicaid, licensing, and value-based care. 

Licensed in Illinois, Missouri, and New York, Stephanie brings the perspective of both in-house counsel and external advisor. Her experience across hospitals, health systems, and emerging healthcare enterprises allows her to translate complex legal requirements into practical strategies that support sustainable operations, compliance, and growth.
